Overall, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. There were roaches in the sink and cobwebs with dead spiders in the top corner of the living room. They completely remodeled the gym, game room, and movie theater and added some really nice outdoor furniture by the pool. Office staff literally changes every month. Our community makes it an easy place to come home to with a luxurious movie theater/game room, free WIFI, four resort-style swimming pools, seven laundry facilities, on site dog park, and a two 24-hour fitness center completely outfitted with state of the art equipment. We sincerely appreciate the concern you have for your fellow residents and the time that you took to craft your review. That being said, it sounds as though you may be having issues with pests that have escaped our preventative measures.

IM GLAD I DID! The area is terrible, I had a gun stolen and someone put my brand new truck on blocks, not to mention the three shooting there over three years. Why? Whenever I call asking for this they are rude to me and they never reply to any of my emails sent to them. It’s time to come home to a whole new way of living in College Station.

Now my move in date is set back and i have the worst first impression of this place. I will definitely not renew my lease here. Love it at The Grand, friendly staff, great amenities and love the apartment I can't make this up. it was a two week wait list to get the roof fixed all three times and i had to hire my own exterminator for the bats. The place needed to be cleaned was well, which should have been taken care of before we moved in. Ok, they'll fix it, they said. The first year was okay, I renewed the lease after the first year but then management changed so many times. My experience here has been pretty good. They told me that it was clean and ready to move in. I found my copy and submitted it.. to which they answered “oh yeah, we found your contract, youre fine”. Living across from the mall is another perk for me too :) Please understand that we do not have control over when these late fees are assessed as our payment system will add them to any unit for which we have not received payment by the required date outlined in the lease agreement. I am very excited to see what is next!
We are certainly working to make changes to benefit all of our residents and we're so pleased to hear that the efforts of our leasing and maintenance teams are paying off. After that if you have any issues about your bill or maintenance, might as well forget about it. We will look into your maintenance history, any pending work orders, and address the reasoning for any delay. That being said, it sounds as though you may be having issues with pests that have shrewdly escaped our preventative measures.
