Great book for someone looking to advance their knowledge of lifting, including progression of moves. “The New Rules of Lifting” was their first book for women and they have since updated their research. Definitely the best introductory book I've seen. As you progress, you get the satisfaction of going on to another program ("Basic Training II" or "Hypertrophy I" or whatnot) as well as trying more advanced exercises as your strength and form improve.
