Not because the film is not good, but because, the subject of the film is so relevant. While watching it I realized I had already watched it. But Madaari is the film in which the common is challenging the power politicians. On one side, the film hits the bull-eye by exposing the powerful, on the other hand, it also conveys an underlying fact that we are responsible for the mess we are in. This movie emphasizes the fact that GOVERNMENT IS NOT CORRUPT, BUT THE GOVERNMENT IS FORMED TO DO CORRUPTION. Irrfan's Great Art Must Watch Every Body , Bollywood Should Make This Type Of Thought Provoking Movie. Watched it after 2 years for the second the and cried again.

This is such a powerful film, and not just a film, but a powerful statement. So great movie.

Nishikant has beautifully captured Father-son bonding in flashback. However, Nishikant Kamat's superb direction and Irrfan Khan's phenomenal acting has proved it (once again) that this masterpiece couldn't be any better. Hard Hitting performance by Late Irfan Khan, This Movie is a Mirror to those Indians who are divided by the politicians for their ulterior gains.

Hats Off... Madaari … The movie lacks action, and the first half feels somewhat dull. The underlying concept of Madaari is also the same, i.e. We know what we are? 'Madaari' is a story of Rohan (Vishesh Bhansal), a seven year old son of India's home minister (Tushar Dalvi).

Watched it only for master class acting done by Irrfan and Jimmy sir The story begins with a breaking news of the kidnapping of Home Minister's son.

Neither of Madaari's two child actors has the charisma to match up to him. :P On the whole "Madaari" is a kind of film which gives you goose bumps and silent moments when you come out of cinema hall and words from Faiz Ahmed Faiz's famous poem "Bol Kay Lub Azaad Hain Tery" are said during final credits of the film in husky voice of Irrfan Khan. I don't know why critics are reviewing this movie based on visuals, commercial elements or weekend collections. But sometimes some incident happens and the image get washed and illusion vanishes. But knowing them are very much necessary for us. People like Irrfan Khan in Bollywood are the real actors. Dialogues were really awesome and have punch.

As Madaari draws to its predictable conclusion, the only thing you are left wondering is how on earth did the nameless man get enough network coverage for him to watch videos unbuffered and upload them in the middle of nowhere?
