Along the wall to the north you'll find a small cave entrance highlighted by a ring of coins. Dive back into the water and veer to the right, aiming for the star on your map. If you hit the switch and just run for it, there's no chance to make it in time before the star disappears. When the pole stops you'll have to jump off and onto the pole that's right next to it and ride that pole to grab the sixth coin.
