I ended up having to complain about them to the office, and they took care of it, so it was a very small problem! No issues if you drive a car though. Please feel free to reach out to the office staff directly if you have any unaddressed issues One huge issue we had was that all of the dumpsters in the complex were constantly overflowing. Because after taking 8 hours to deep clean our apartment, taking time out of our day to make an appointment and walk through it with a staff member to have them give the ok for our full cleaning deposit to be returned, we were STILL charged the full cleaning deposit AND pet rent AND the car port AND a "late rent" fee (when we have records we paid our rent in FULL) during the last month of our tenancy. Please contact our leasing office for more information about our Parking Policy. But the rest of our deposit was taken because our apartment was “dirty.” Our lease states that they can only charge us for “excessive wear and tear.” If they were willing to screw us on that, I’m glad we didn’t stay longer. insofar, we are very content with our place.
